Björn Grob, MSc

20 years of a successful international career at Janssen Pharma/Biotech (Johnson & Johnson) and Pharmacia & Upjohn, from sales rep to business unit head with full P&L responsibility through to executive management; across sales, marketing, life cycle management, market access, business development, and change management.

Entrepreneurial management consulting for health economics and market access since 2019. Extensive international and intercultural experience from numerous roles and assignments in several European countries and operating companies. Author of several scientific publications in biology and health economics.

MSc in Anthropology and Molecular Biology, University of Zurich (Switzerland); Research Associate, University of Wisconsin (USA) & Cambridge University (UK); Diploma in Health Economics, European School of Health Economics.

Reto Marending, MSc

I bring 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in pharma, product strategy, multichannel management, launch excellence, and franchise leadership. Since 2018, I have supported healthcare companies as an independent consultant and interim manager at the interface of commercial strategy, operational implementation, and the realities of care delivery.

At the age of 20, I co-founded Primecut GmbH and gained early hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, sales, logistics, and finance. I combine strategic thinking with strong execution, a passion for innovation, and a pronounced understanding of cross-functional collaboration.

I hold an MSc in Management, Technology and Economics as well as a BSc in Biology from ETH Zurich.

Dr. Wolfgang Tüchler

20 years of success in the pharmaceutical industry in various roles in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe. From product manager, business unit head, and director of government affairs and market access to managing director of Janssen Austria and member of the management team of Janssen Switzerland.

Vice President of the Forum of the Research-Based Pharmaceutical Industry (FOPI) until 2018.
Managing Director of Austria’s leading medical publishing group, FUTURO Holding.
Since 2019, consultant in the areas of market access, reimbursement, and pricing.

Doctoral studies in Technical Chemistry, Vienna University of Technology (Austria); Master’s programme in Communication and Management Development, Danube University Krems (Austria).
